$1.4M annual municipal tax revenues, landowner income, and $150M+ injected into the local economy

Community Benefit Fund
$154,000 annual community benefit fund for local initiatives managed through a community committee

Supporting Education
$10,000 annual contribution to the H. M. MacDonald School in Maryvale, and $5,000 bursary for five residents for clean energy related training

Employment
200+ jobs expected during construction and 12-20 jobs during operations
